Monogrammed and personalized items are crafted with care and precision, reflecting your individual style. Due to their personalized nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
QUALITY ASSURANCE

If you believe you have received a faulty item, we are committed to promptly addressing the issue. Simply notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and upon assessment of the fault, we will gladly provide you with a replacement.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are paramount. That’s why every JackalBerry purchase is automatically covered by our warranty policy. Our bags are backed by a 12-month (1-year) warranty period.
Please note that our warranty does not cover instances of theft or loss, intentional damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from neglected care.
As we utilize premium genuine leather, natural markings and colour variations may occur, reflecting the authenticity of the material. It is imperative that you understand this before ordering a leather item.
EASY RETURNS
Should you need to initiate an exchange or return, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Simply reach out to us at hello@jackalberry.co.za prior to returning your item, providing your purchase details, order number, and reason for return.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly dispatch your new item. Please ensure that your return package is securely packaged and insured, as responsibility for the goods remains with you until they safely reach our hands.
Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty and are ineligible for return or exchange.
