Customisation and Attention to Detail

At JackalBerry, each piece is carefully handcrafted to your specifications, ensuring every order is truly one of a kind. Because of this bespoke approach, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom-made orders.

Personalized Touch

Monogrammed and personalised items are created with care and precision to reflect your unique style. Due to their customised nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Quality Assurance

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products and are committed to delivering exceptional quality with every order.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once the fault has been assessed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, email hello@JackalBerry.co.za and include photographs of the affected product wherever possible.

Product Warranty

Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are paramount. Every JackalBerry purchase is automatically covered by a 12-month (1-year) warranty.

Our warranty does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by lack of care.

Leather as a Natural Product

JackalBerry products are crafted using genuine leather – a natural material that may display unique markings, textures, and subtle variations in colour or grain. These natural characteristics are not flaws but rather part of what makes each piece beautifully individual.

No two hides are identical, so small differences may occur between batches or product runs. Over time, leather naturally softens, develops a patina, and may show signs of wear – all of which add to its distinctive charm.

While we take great care to maintain consistency, variations in tone, finish, or texture are inherent to leather and do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

Easy Returns

Should you need to initiate an exchange or return, our team is here to assist you every step of the way. Please contact hello@JackalBerry.co.za before returning your item, and include your purchase details, order number, and reason for return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll promptly dispatch your replacement item. Please ensure all returned goods are securely packaged and insured, as responsibility for the parcel remains with you until it safely reaches us.

Please note: items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty and are therefore ineligible for return or exchange.
